I'm still constructing it so sorry if there are bits missing.

What's this web site all about;

To help advertise my sponsors whom without I wouldn't have the opportunity to compete at the level at which I do, and to supply a bit of publicity for myself to sell to future sponsors.

Also to allow my friends and family (and myself) to keep track of what I'm up to and where I am.

Hopefully it will shed some light on what it takes to train and race for Ironman and provide some inspiration for any wanting to take up the challenge (and hopefully not put to many off).
